Visited on Tuesday night and service was excellent- manager checked in if food was good (it was PERFECT) offered to clean our table and went out of his way to make everyone happy! It was super busy and food came out really fast and staff just seemed happy and were doing an outstanding job

Wes and Elle were amazing, we have never been to a wing stop before, and the service from not knowing what to order to a quick service when we said we would miss our train! They were amazing and very helpful! Food was also amazing! Thankful so much!
Great food, fast service, I've marked down on atmosphere merely because it is a fast food venue, and atmosphere is not really applicable. But if you want some tasty food and don't want to get in a mess , (they provide gloves for you to eat your wings), this place is great. Bluecheese dip is superb, and a great selection of flavours to choose from for your chicken. Will visit again!

Great Wings and Friendly Staff! Tried Wingstop on Birmingham New Street today and loved it! The wings were crispy, juicy, and full of flavour. Staff were super friendly and service was fast. Perfect spot for a quick bite in the city centre. Will definitely be back!

think I briefly blacked out during the Garlic Parmesan—came to and realized I was halfway through my basket and whispering “thank you” to the ranch cup. The fries? Sugar-coated golden strips of happiness. I’m convinced they sprinkle them with angel dust or the laughter of baby unicorns—whatever it is, I’d buy it in bulk.
